How do I use the Compu Golf app?
Download the app to your mobile phone
Search for "Compu Golf" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You can also use the QR code below for a direct link to the app.
Log in to the app
If you are a golfer in countries that use Golfbox (Denmark, Norway, Iceland, etc.), you can use your existing Golfbox login. After logging in, the master data we can see from Golfbox will be displayed, and you can now edit or save this data to your user profile.
If you are in another country, you must select "Log in with Compu Golf" and create your profile the first time you open the app.
Permissions the app requires to function
The app needs permission to access the mobile phone's camera (to scan the QR code to get balls), as well as GPS (to see the nearest golf clubs in the list, and extra security when drawing balls)
Buy products in the app
Select "Shop" from the menu at the bottom.
If you want to buy products from a club other than the selected (nearest) one, press "Change Club"
You will then be taken to the list of clubs with Compu Golf Pay (menu item "Clubs")
When you have selected the club you want to buy products from and go to "Shop", you will now see an overview of the products the club offers.
Please note that there may be differences in which products you can see as a member or guest of the club in question.
Types of products
There are 2 types of products that the club can choose to offer:
Point
Points correspond to a value for the purchase of balls. 1 point typically corresponds to 1 krone, but the club can choose that products can cost fewer or more points at different times of the day or week, to make it attractive for players to use the Driving Range at times when there is the most space.
Points are typically valid for 2 years, but it is the club that specifies the validity of points, and this can therefore differ from club to club.
The club may choose to give bonus points as a discount on larger purchases, as in the example below. Bonus points may have a shorter validity period than paid points, but are always used from your account first.
Unlimited drawing of balls
This product is not limited by the number of balls, but instead an opportunity to draw balls freely for a period of time, for example for an entire season.
However, there may be certain restrictions, such as a maximum of 60 balls within 10 minutes or similar.
Product overview (Wallet)
In the app's Wallet (select from the menu at the bottom) you can see how many points you have in the individual clubs and which products you have.
Draw balls via the app
- Place a basket by the ball machine
- Open the app from the "Home" menu item
- Point the camera at the QR code on the payment terminal
- Select product (basket size) and select "Pull balls"
