Download overview of card payments on the ball machine (Verifone)

Here you can see how you can download the overview of card payments directly from ball machines and import them into a spreadsheet.

View transactions from Verifone and export data

1. Log in to https://emea.live.verifone.cloud/ with the login information you received from Verifone.

2. Select "Trade"

3. Now they can see the overview - you can optionally choose a date range

4. If you want to export data, you can select "Export CSV". Save the file locally on your computer.

Please note that Excel comes in many versions, and the menus may therefore vary slightly from what you see in the images here.

1. Open Excel and select "Import" from the menu

2. Select that it is a CSV file you want to import. Select the file you just saved to your computer

3. Select "Delimited" and file origin "Unicode (UTF-8)"

4. Select "Comma" as the field separator

4. Select "Next"

5. Select "Next"

You have now imported your CSV file into Excel and can save the file.
