Assign a product to users from external list

For example, if you are moving from another system and have a list of users that need to be assigned a specific product, you can do this easily by first importing users into a group, and then assigning these users the product you want to give them.

If the users on the list do not yet exist in Compu Golf (have not yet logged in), they will be assigned the product automatically upon creation.

1. Create a CSV file

with the users to be assigned to the product, with the following structure

All rows must contain valid data (except the first row with headers)

The columns "union country" and "union number" are required.

2. Create a new group in Compu Golf

under "Groups" - call it for example "Club name import date xx.xx.xx" so you can recognize it later.

Upload the CSV file you just created to this group.

After you have uploaded the file and created the group, you can verify that the group contains the desired users.

3. Assign this group to the product
